The KA-6 is one of the Kala Mahogany gloss finish models. They not only look great with the gloss finish and slotted headstock, but rather importantly have a rich, full resonance due to the double string pairs. This six string tenor ukulele is played just like the four but with an octave doubled higher on the C string and the lower octave for the A string. This gives more fullness to the sound and an excellent right hand strumming smoothness

It is made from mahogany with a rosewood fingerboard and can be supplied with or without a pickup (this is with an active pickup with volume and eq controls).  This is without pickup.

A hard gig case is included.
