A musical colleague recently bought one of these after trying out a whole bunch of ukes. I was delighted when I heard it - the fullness of the sound, reminiscent of a 12 string guitar but will a lighter ring to it. The G and C strings are tunes an octave apart and the E and A strings are tuned identically at the normal pitch.
It is made from mahogany with a rosewood fingerboard and can be supplied with or without a pickup (this is without). A hard gig case is included.
